Meet Ellie

Ellie’s Happy Pets was founded in 2025 by Ellie Lom. She grew up in Utopia, ON, and her deep-rooted love for animals was apparent from a very young age. After moving around the country to study and work in various industries, she settled in Collingwood, ON. Here, Ellie followed her lifelong passion for animals and created a pet-focused business with one clear mission: top-quality care driven by compassion, love, empathy, and ethical methods.

Her past career experiences ensure organization, reliability, and attention to detail. That means accurate medication administration, clear updates to owners, and steady, predictable routines. Her love for animals guides every decision, from ethical care practices and humane handling to a constant commitment to improving the lives of pets.

    • Detailed report after each visit with photos and notes so you know how they’re doing
